According to the annual ranking of Forbes magazine, Italian Insurance group Assicurazioni Generali climbed to 19th place with USD 196 bn revenues, from the last year"s 47th place on the list of 500 world companies, says a member of the group Delta Generali Insurance from Belgrade. Generali is ranked on the 1st place among 500 world companies, Energy company ENI is on the 24th place, Enel on the 60th, FIAT on 85th, UniCredit group (102), Intesa San Paolo (151), Telecom Italia (181) and other companies. Generali is ranked on 8th place among European Companies, behind oil companies, Royal Dutch Shell, British Petroleum (4), Axa (9), ING group (12). Delta generali insurance operates within the Generali group in Serbia, which is the founder of Delta Generali voluntary pension fund, Delta Generali Reinsurance and company for life and non-life insurance in Montenegro.
