Factory for production of medicines Jugoremedija from Zrenjanin created conditions for obtaining certificates for good manufacturing practice (GMP), the managing director of the company Zdravko Deuric said. " Obtaining the certificate is a big step for both Zrenjanin and Jugoremedija, because those are signs that we fulfilled all European standards for production of medicines. ", he said. As he explained, for obtaining that certificate, issued by the Ministry of health of the Republic of Serbia, which guarantees quality and therapautical efficiency of medicines, it would be necessary to make a reconstruction of the factory, where nearly EUR 12 million was invested. Deuric highlighted that Jugoremedija, from overall 130 manufacturers in Serbia, is among the first five which have a certificate. He reminded that the Agency for privatization has recently announced a public call for participation in the tender for sale of 92.87% of capital of that bank. Interested buyers are offered 3.46 million shares of Jugoremedija, nominal value RSD 1.000 per security, and the minimum price of the package of shares is EUR 51,9 million.
