(SRB) Elan and Italian Vagnone & Boeri signed the Memorandum on the establishment of joint ventures

Chemical company Elan from Prijepolje and Italian company Vagnone & Boeri signed the Memorandum of Understanding on establishing joint company for the production of the components for automotive industry. As it was stated in the report of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of Serbia, signed Memorandum of Understanding is the first step in signing final contracts which will define the mutual cooperation of these two companies in the future. 
It is added that the Italian manufacturer of sealants and protective coatings for automotive industry Vagnone & Boeri and manufacturer of adhesives and sealants Elan are intending to found in Serbia joint company for the production of particular components and products for automotive industry and to place the products on the domestic and international market.
