Association of Cluster cheeses South presented the certificates in Nis to the dairies for achieved standards in safe food production. Certificates are awarded on the occasion of the successful project completion of Cluster cheeses South during which quality of the production process and dairy products was improved. The project included 12 milk producers, processors, scientific and educational institutions. They have gradually introduced standards, which improved production of high quality cheeses with pronounced features of the region. 
- Each member of the Dairy Cluster has received confirmation that their product is in compliance with all required standards. The cluster is open for cooperation with other dairies and for admission of new members as well - said Ivan Pavlovic, Project Manager. He announced that certified products will be available to customers from June.
