The American agency for international development (USAID) has sucessfully completed the project "Agrobusiness Project" in Serbia, which resulted in 7.122 new jobs in agriculture and the export of food products worth around 190 million dollars. At the celebration of the project"s completion, the American Ambassador in Serbia, Mar Warlick, pointed out that this project of USAID, started 5 years ago, brought benefits to domestic producers who sell and export their products to the world market. 
She stated that USAID cooperated with 205 Serbian food industries in the improvement of packages and marketing, and helped them to sucessfully participate at 46 different fairs. The project also lead to the formation of 5 national associations, such as the association of meat and milk producers which consist of producers of organic food and processors, said Warlick.
