The number of current accounts which are late with payment in the first 6 months of the year increased by 11.4% and was 263.831 at the end of June, announces the Bank Association of Serbia. As it is stated on their web site, the total amount of allowed overdraft in current accounts in Serbia was 4.8% bigger at the end of June in comparison to the end of 2011 and was 42.9 billion dinars. The share in the allowed overdraft in current accounts reached 8.6% at the end of June. 
The number of current accounts in Seria in June was almost the same as in May, and 0.5% smaller than at the end of 2011, while the number of users of current accounts was slightly increased to 4.419.126 users. According to the data of BAS, 1.050.762 credit cards were active in Serbia in June, which is 0.6% less than in May. The number of credit cards in June increased 0.5%.
