Beginning of preparation works for building HE Dabar, the first new facility in large Herzegovina Hydgroenergy system, Upper Horizons, is expected in the second half this year, it has been confirmed in Electrocommerce of RS, ERS. The value of investment is EUR 180 million and it envisages 4-year building of HE Dabar installed power 159 megawatts with forecast average annual production of electricity of 251 gigawatt hours. With this aim, ERS and independent company Hydroelectic power plants on the Trebisnjica, HET plan foundation of joint company HE Dabar ltd Trebinje, with a ratio in equity capital 30: 70, to the advantage of independent company. Administration of ERS says that financing building of HE Dabar went on through providing credit funds 75% and own funds of the founder ( 25%).
(MNG) End of the first round of negotiations on free trade with EFTA
The first round of negotiations of Montenegro with the aim of making the Free trade agreement with members of EFTA , consisting of Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway. And Switzerland ended on Friday in Podgorica, it has been announced from the Ministry of economy of Montenegro. Subject of negotiations was trade in goods and services, trade exemptions, intellectual property , investments and public procurements, payments and trends of capital, sustainable development and rules of origin. – Signing this kind of agreement is a considerable institutional basis that will enable further development and improvement of trade , but also economic cooperation with all EFTA countries, it has been cited in the Ministry of economy and mentioned that liberalization of trade would not only improve the volume of foreign trade, but it would also improve the structure of imprort and export.
(CRO) Lower interest rates reduce installment of loan by HRK 90
Lower interest rates reduce installment to future users by HRK 90 and as from June 1, installment of the existing loans will drop by approximately the same amount in RBA bank. Erste bank reduces interest rate for new housing loans from April 15, and adaptation loans in regular offer. For new standard housing loans, interest rate is reduced by 0.25% , for housing loans with the remaining valule 0.15%, for new adaptation loas by 0.45%, while for new placements of so-callaed housing and eco-loans reduced interest rates will amount to 0.6%. In the period from April 15- July 31, action offer of 50% reduction of fee for processing credit request for all models of housing loans, except models of credits for foreign citizens. Interest rate for new standard housing loans in regular offer will range from 6.2% to 7.25%.
(SRB) EBRD considers a loan of EUR 35 million for EPS
EBRD considers approval of a loan of EUR 45 million for EPS , CEO of Serbian Public enteprise Dragomir Markovic said. He said that the loan is intended for building a mini-hydroelectric power plants up to 10 Megawatrs on existing waterpower engineering objects and free water streams. „ I hope that we will start the project in this year. „ he said. As he highlighted, EBRD preliminary approved a loan and now , a decision of the director is expected. Building mini –hydroelectric power plants could start very soon. Draft of studies and projects is already under way. Markovic added that EPS , together with EBRD currently realizes project of introduction of smart meters with a system of remote reading and renewal of production capacities in MB Kolubara.

Instead of EUR 15.000, as much as it has been paid so far for objects of bigger value, the act of registering mortgage will be paid around EUR 1.500. Price for all changes of data already registered in real estate cadastre will for objects that belong to lower category of value will be around 10 times lower. Thas it the result of the one year persistency of the initiator of proposer AmCham to Serbia and NALED on one hand, and the state as a contributor of regulations on the other. There are 2 categories of real estates, the first , solely consisting of firms with a value of objects of around EUR 670.000 and the other including all the other , because the value of their real estate was lower than that amount. Firms will pay up to RSD 143 . 000 and all the other, for which a lower scale is valid, will pay at the rate of 0.2% of value of a real estate.
