Podravka zainteresovana da investira u Srbiju u izgradnju novih fabrika ili preuzimanje postojećih

Novo rukovodstvo hrvatske Podravke obnoviće pregovore sa Alevom iz Novog Kneževca oko kupovine ili strateškog partnerstva. Zvonimir Mršić, predsednik UO Podravke, kazao je da je ova kompanija zainteresovana da investira u Srbiju i to u izgradnju novih fabrika ili preuzimanje postojećih.


 
Pregovori oko izgradnje zajedničke fabrike sa Alevom počeli su još letos, da bi se ubrzo potom i prekinuli sve do promene rukovodstva u Podravki. Razgovori će se uskoro opet aktivirati najverovatnije posredstvom lobističke firme Magra.

Da li će do dogovora doći zavisi od vlasnika Aleve Hristivoja Miloševića koji ne želi da razgovara o prodaji, već samo o strateškom partnerstvu. Podravka je bila zaintesovana i za Centroproizvod dok ga nije preuzeo Nestle.
