R&W za rekordna 4 meseca izgradila halu za Draexlmaier u Zrenjaninu

Rudolf Walther, direktor kompanije R&W, koja je firma ćerka kompanije Ruwa d.o.o. iz Subotice, saopštio je da je u avgustu prošle godine kompanija Draexlmaier, koja je već bila zakupac hale od 15.000 kvadratnih metara u Zrenjaninu, od ove kompanije zatražila da joj izgradi još 16.000 kvadratnih metara poslovnog prostora. Draexlmaier je nemačka kompanija koja se bavi proizvodnjom auto delova za BMW.

 

- U novoizgradjenoj hali proizvodiće se auto delovi za kompaniju Fiat Srbija - dodao je Walther. - Posle izvođenja svih pripremnih radova, u januaru smo počeli radove na izgradnji nove hale na našem zemljištu u Zrenjaninu, na kome smo na površini od 40 hektara industrijskog zemljišta ranije već izgradili svu neophodnu infrastrukturu.

U prvoj fazi smo izgradili veznu halu sa prvom halom. Vezna hala je površine 1.320 m2, a sada završavamo halu od 14.500 m2 koju ćemo uskoro predati na korišćenje kompaniji Draexlmaier. Postigli smo rekordnu brzinu izgradnje jer je to završeno za samo 4 meseca, sa kratkim prekidom od 12 dana koji je nastupio zbog prevelike visine snežnog pokrivača u februaru – rekao je direktor kompanije R&W.

- On je izrazio posebnu zahvalnost kompaniji Martini gradnja iz Inđije koja je izvela preko 70% radova na izgradnji ove hale. Kompanija Draexlmaier planira da do 31.12.2013. zaposli oko 2000 ljudi u novoj hali. Ukupni troškovi izgradnje sa cenom zemljišta iznose 8.5 miliona evra.
