Novi trendovi u javnim nabavkama u EU

Uprava za javne nabavke i EU Tvining projekat Jačanje javnih nabavki u Srbiji, u saradnji sa Privrednom komorom Srbije, organizovali su konferenciju o novim Direktivama EU u oblasti javnih nabavki. U decembru prošle godine, Komisija EU je usvojila predloge novih Direktiva u oblasti javnih nabavki.




Od januara 2012. godine predstavnici Danske, u okviru predsedavanja Danske EU, predsedavaju i radnom grupom Saveta ministara EU koja je započela intenzivne konsultacije u vezi sa sadržajem novih Direktiva. Održano je 16 sastanaka na kojima su donete političke i tehničke smernice za prilagodjavanje predloga prema željama država članica.

 Dr Slobodan Samardžić, potpredsednik PKS, otvarajući konferenciju rekao je da je vrednost javnih nabavki u Srbiji tokom prošle godine iznosila 293 milijarde dinara, a u 2010. godini 273 milijarde dinara, odnosno oko 10 procenata ukupnog domaćeg bruto proizvoda. To ukazuje na veliki značaj javih nabavki za privredu, a radi jačanja kapaciteta ponudjača potrebno je sprovesti namenski osmišljene programe obuke i ostvariti saradnju svih tela iz sistema javnih nabavki sa privrednim komorama, jer u sprovodjenju obuke ponudjača značajnu ulogu trebalo bi da ima Privredna komora Srbije.
